Is your packaging environmentally friendly?

We take a lot of care about the wellbeing of our planet and strive to do our best continuously as a company, to be sustainable and work ethically.

Our packaging is fully recyclable, including biodegradable components like our packing fillers/nuts that disappear in a blink, run under your tap water!

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

When it comes to hair and skin, 'healthy' is our first, last and middle name! It is of high importance to us that all our products contain 100% natural ingredients. Including our MANE Silk Pillow Case, that is naturally hypoallergenic, so a great solution for sensitive skin!

As natural as it is, everyone's skin tolerance and sensitivity vary, so we can not say every product will be suited for you. We would advise you to read the ingredients/materials and consult a medical professional, should you have any queries.

Is there an age limit for the use of your products?

When we say 'natural' we mean it. Our products are free from any toxins or harmful ingredients and include natural goodness. Therefore, safe and welcoming for the whole family to use!

How long will it take for my order to come?

All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days of payment receipt, and we will always strive to be as efficient as possible with your special deliveries.

Depending on the delivery option you have chosen at checkout, will determine the expected timeframe of delivery.

I haven't received my item. What can I do?

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, you may experience a delay out of our control, but should this be the case we will be in contact to keep you updated every step of the way.

If you have not received your delivery after 10 working days, please get in contact, and we will be more than happy to assist.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Postage fees and timeframe will be calculated at checkout, once the address has been input.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently unable to accept any returns for the risk of health and safety, and we take all measures to ensure the safety of our customers and staff at all times.

Privacy policy explained

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.mymane.co (the “Site”).

Personal information we collect
